How Do I save the settings in Office 2000 to upgrade to Office 200

I am trying to upgrade our owner's PC from Office 2000 to Office 2003. I
cannot find the Save the Settings wizard for Office 2000. It seems Microsoft
doesn't support that. The owner has a lot of personal settings and favorites
that need to be transferred. Help!!
