how do I save toolbar customizations if I have to change computer

I have customized numerous toolbars in the Office Applications. I may have to
change computers soon and the help desk won't transfer anything - I have to
save off everything I want to keep on a shared drive. I know how to save my
Favorites and documents and Outlook personal folders. Is there any way to
save the personalized toolbar configurations?

If you're using XP:
In Excel, search for the file excel10.xlb
In Word, the toolbars are usually stored with your Normal.dot.

Before you transfer computers, copy these files to a CD.
