How do I see only new tracked changes - not all?

The track changes feature in 2003 is great, but it always seems that I am
seeing layer upon layer of edits rather than just the most recent edits. How
do I see only those edits that have most recently been made - and not all
edits dating back to the beginning of the document?

Two ways that I can think of:

1. Before you start a new round of edits, Accept All Changes in Document.

2. Change your username so that your new edits will be those of a different
"reviewer." Then show only the edits made by that "reviewer."
