How do I send automaticaly a attachment to another folder?

Based on a specific subject of the Outlook incoming message, I would like
that attachments from these specific messages are automatically sent to a
specific folder on my disc and renamed (to the date and time, in order to
avoid same names). The fact is that I will receive a big number of similar
messages, all containing an attachment in xml format with data that I would
like to add in a Excel file. Can somebody give me an idea? I started trying
to make a VBA script, but I have no knowledge of using VBA in Outlook.
