How do I send myself a copy of an interactive spreadsheet onmyweb

I am new to Microsoft Front Page and I am ready to publish my web site. The
only thing I have left to figure out is how to send myself a copy of the
customer order form on my web site so I know what they want to order. I want
this to be as user friendly as possible. Thanks Rita

If your host supports the FrontPage Server Extensions and Email Transport set the form properties to Email you the results of the
form
