How do I send schedule in microsoft word to my palm without sched.

I type my work schedules in Word and would like to send the schedule to my
palm (T5) for viewing when needed. I have been trying to use Docs to go and
the schedule ends up jumbled when I view it on the palm. The words are there
but not in the correct order. It seems the lines are compressed together on
the palm. I would appreciate help. Thanks, mscott.
