File -> Send To -> Mail Recipient

That's if you're using Word 2000


'File -> New -> Mail Message'

That's if you are using Outlook Express 6.


If it's from another program it may well be different...

What program are you using?

Are you using MS Office Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Netscape,
AOL, Entourage... What have you tried to this point. By the way, the F1 key
has never broken anything...
