How do I set an address book that can be shared with others?

I am trying to create an address book which can be shared by a few other
coworkers. This way, when we need to update a contact's information, we need
only to do it once and others will be able to see the changes.

Are you using Exchange Server? That's the only way Outlook information can
be shared.

Hi Lucille,

in addition to Russ posting, if you have not an Exchange Server you can use
3rd party products to share Outlook.
