How do I set default font for MS Publisher text boxes?

Supposedly, there is an add-in that allows you to select the default font for
MS Publisher text boxes. Does anyone know from whence it can be downloaded?
If so, a link to it would be appreciated.

There is one, but it is no longer necessary, since you can use
Normal.pub instead:
