What do you mean by "bumped"? Are you talking about duration hours or
work hours?
Lacking more information, it sounds like a calendar issue. Are you using
a standard default calendar of 8 hrs, 5 days a week? Did you change the
shift hours under Tools/Change Working Time? Do one or more of your
resources have customized calendars with non-standard work shifts? Have
you changed the hours per day under Tools/Options/Calendar tab? Did you
apply leveling?
There are many things that can affect duration and/or work hours. Before
we can help, we need to understand how you have you project file set up.
