How do I set up a form to go to my email in FrontPage2000?

I'm having a heck of a time configuring this. After setting up the form
configuration to go to my email address, I get a pop up that reads: "This
form is being created on a Disk-Based Web or the FrontPage Server Extensions
have not been configured to send e-mail. Please direct your system
administrator or Internet Service Provider to the instructions in "Setting up
E-mail Options on Windows."

My hosting site is set up with FrontPage extensions. I'm using FrontPage2000.

help!
