How do I set up a meeting to disburse paychecks every other week?

I need to have a meeting to give employees their paychecks every other week
year in and year out. Is there any way I can set this up just once and it
will repeat of on it's own? Thanks

Like I'd need a formal meeting set up to claim my check. Just time me what
time and where. I won't let you forget. ;-)

Use Outlook to set up a recurring meeting every two weeks with no end date. Invite all of your employees but don't request responses if you don't want to deal with the clutter. Put a reminder on it of one day.
