How do I set up a repeating meeting in Outlook every hr

I want to setup a reminder every 1 hr every day. Please help. I am using
outlook 2003

if you are looking for a clock chime to ding every hour, get a 3rd party
clock utility for windows. Outlook is clumsy at this sort of thing.
