Isn't a WBS pretty much a top-down tree (ie: similar to an Org chart?)
You could use the standard Flowchart shapes or just plain boxes. I'm not
sure if you need specific properties on each shape, but you can define these
using the menu: Shape > Custom Properties...
Also, you probably want straight connectors. You can set this under File >
Page Setup, then go to the Layout and Routing tab. There you can specify
that connectors should be straight, instead of "elbowed".
