When you open an organization chart in the viewer, some texts are not readable, even though in the source file the texts are read perfectly. When I export the file to PDF, all texts are readable.

This is when the organizational chart is very extensive. By doing the test with a smaller organizational chart, all texts are readable.
However, it seems illogical to me, because when you open any youtube video, for example, the image and texts are readable as well.
Is there a way that regardless of the size of the organizational chart, the contents are readable?
