If using an Exchange server, it will be under the tools menu when in a mail
enabled folder. If not using Exchange, you can use Rules Wizard. However,
using Rules Wizard will most likely confirm you mail address as a "hot
prospect" to the spammers and is usually a *bad* idea.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

If using Exchange, yes. Otherwise the client can use rules from Outlook.
