One phone call to your service provider's help desk will sort you out.
No one here will be able to give you a complete answer, because they
will need to know stuff like the name of your POP server. You might get
_some_ help here, but you'll almost certainly still need to call your
ISP.
Pretty much the same way as setting up any other account, contact ISP for
pop/smtp settings. Usually their help pages have info for setting up OE - OL
is broadly the same -
