How do I set up Office Outlook to send pictures?

I am trying to send pictures through email. I go to My Pictures, click on
send this Folder as an Email, and then it tells me there is a problem with
the server. I think I set up Office Outlook incorrectly. How do I set up
Outlook so that I can send pictures? I have AOL Dial-up Service and a hotmail
and yahoo email account.

You can't attach a folder to an Outlook Email message, which is what you are
trying to do. Use Winzip or similar to zip up the folder into a single file,
and send that.

Gordon,

I think you missed the sailent point here - AOHELL. AFAIK, unless AOHELL
have changed their policy, you cannot use anything other than their
proprietary software to send and receive email. If the OP wishes to use
Outlook, they're going to have to change their ISP.

I read somewhere that you can actually use Outlook or OE with
AOHELL..........

Thanks, Milly, I must admit to not being au fait with AOHELL these days,
I've not used it since about v1! Back then you couldn't use anything but
their own crappy software. Good to see they've become enlightened.
