How do I set up text in a picture

E

E. Mack

I have a picture of a meter package that we use in my work. On this package
it has several pices of equipment on it. I want to be able to click on the
different equipment and pull up text information about it. (ex. how to
program or how the pin out work on the db25). Your help is needed. I am
working with Microsoft 2000.
Thanks.

Cover that portion of the picture that requires some accompanying text with
an auto shape
right click on the autoshape
go to hyperlink...click on place in this document and enter the text in
Screen tip, hyperlink to same slide.
right click on the auto shape>>>format autoshape
in fill go to drop down and choose none
go to line, drop down and choose none. Start the show and test.
Hope this helps!!!
