How do I setup a bi-fold document?

I am need to setup a document in publisher that I can use a 8.5x11 sheet and
created a four side document by folding it in half on the long side?

Thanks work very well.

One way would be select Page Setup, Booklet and either Portrait or
Landscape. Publisher will ask you if you want four pages; respond yes.
