how do I setup a recurring hyperlink on each page similar to the .

I am having difficulty setting up the same hyperlink on each page. I am
trying to set it up in a consistent manner since this is a help document. If
I put it in either the header or footer it becomes inactive. Is there a way
to do this automated or do I simply have to add it on each page, one by one?

Add it on each page, one-by-one. Or create a button in a toolbar and "float"
that over the document so that it's always available.
