How do I set up a rule to move messages based on a relative date?

For example, I want to keep all messages from a specific sender (I know how
to do this part) received within the past three days, but if they are older
than that I want to delete them from my Inbox, whether I've seen them or not,
as they are too old to use.

I saw where I can do this based on an *exact* date, but not a *relative* one.
