How do I setup document imaging for Windows printing (command)?

I want to use the Office document imaging viewer as a default for printing
for TIFF files with a print utility. When I check to folder options - file
types in the Windows explorer, there is no print or printto option defined
for TIFFs. Can this be setup and if so, how?
