How do I sharpen a picture in Microsoft word?

I have a small picture that I am blowing up but of course it is blurry. How
do I fix that?

Despite the misimpression many folks [understandably] seem to have, Word is
*not* a graphics editing program. You need to have the image properly
prepared before inserting it into the doc.
