how do I shut off color printing option in Word?

I don't want to print in color sometimes.. How do I shut it off? Can't find
information anywhere, but know it can be done easily. Thanks!

There is a Compatibility Option (Tools | Options | Compatibility) to "Print
colors as black on monochrome printers." Since it would appear that Word has
no way of knowing which colors are monochrome, this setting may work. It is
a per-document setting. There may also be a setting in your printer driver
(File | Print: Properties) to print in black.
