How do i solve allignment problems in emails?

H

HeatherH

When i email a publisher document, the allignment is completely off, even
when it is perfect before i send it. Why is this happening? And how do i
fix it?

I am sending it as the body of the email. Parts of some graphics shift while
leaving the other part behind... white boxes appear in some places that cover
the original text. There are even small bits of text that shift around.

Did you start with an email template?

Oh yeah! To add on, I noticed that this only happens to Outlook 2007.
I sent to a few colleagues, those with Outlook 2003 viewed it exactly like
what I have designed. Those with Outlook 2007 see 'crazy' email.

There is no good way to send a Publisher web page through email and it arrive
the way it was created. Some recipients will have different email programs, some
will have disabled HTML emails altogether.

You are better off composing the email inside Outlook, maybe copy/paste objects
from Publisher.

If you are wanting the email to look exactly the way you create it, then use
PDF. Office has a PDF utility. Most folks have the reader.
