How do I stop popup asking to allow access to internet in Outlook

Using Office XP and Norton Anti-Spam. When Outlook is downloading e-mail and
NAS activates I get a pop-up stating that a program is trying to access the
net and do I want to allow access for 1,2,5 or 10 minutes. This is annoying
and I would like to get rid of the pop-up and automatically allow the
connection every time.
