How do I toggle Auto Preview for the ALL mail folders?

In Outlook 2007 B2 I can toggle Auto Preview (fist 3 lines) for the current
folder only. How can I toggle it for All Mail Folders? The [View>Current
View>Customize Current View] and [View>Auto Preview] menus seem to only
affect the current folder.
