How do I Transfer my Contacts File from my desk top to my laptop

Computer Challenged

I have many Contacts in my desk top Office Contacts file and would like to
import them into a laptop that is also set up with Office. I have had no luck
they always want to transfer to Access and then get scrambled. Any help would
be appreciated

Where are these contacts located? Outlook? Outlook Express? Access? What
versions?

The Contacts list is in Outlook under my Personal Folder section I am running
the latest version of Microsoft EP Professional as my operating system on
both computers and Office XP Professional

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Simply copy the .pst file and paste it on your laptop where you wish. Then
use File->Open->Outlook Data File.
