How do I Turn Off text alignment of tasks in Project?

I have all tasks appearing left justified for all tasks including sub-tasks.
I am not sure what happened, but how can I turn off the left justification of
tasks in MS Project?

Hi,
Have you tried Tools / Options / View : Indent Name ?

Select the Task column and then select the justification you want on the
formatting toolbar.
