How do I turn off the alert for high priority messages in Outlook?

I am trying to turn off the sound message alert for when I receive high
priority messages. There is an annoying beeping that is heard each time I
receive a high priority message. I can't seem to find an option in Outlook
to turn off these alerts.
I am using Outlook 2003.
