How do I turn off the "Reading Layout" when opening attachments?

When I receive an email with an attachment it opens in Word in a "reading
layout" which is (apparently) suppose to be easier to read.

I wish to turn this off so email attachments are opening in "print layout"

Any help on this is appreciated as it is driving myself and my colleagues
mad!!

That is a Word option and not Outlook;
Tools-> Options-> tab General-> Allow opening in Reading Layout
