How do I update my entire website?

After months of neglect, I'm trying to update our webpage and can't locate a
local file of what's on the net, so I'm trying to download it from the site
itself. Publisher 2003 will not open my entire website when i choose the
index.pub through the open command, only the home page.

Is there something i can do to open every page at once from the ftp or www
location for updating? thanks

I know how to update and publish the site to the internet, but I cannot OPEN
the file to begin with. I don't have the current version of our website (the
one you see when you're browsing on explorer) on the hard drive, therefore I
was trying to open the site through "our network" places, ftp
locations...rather than RE-working up to the most recent point and THEN
updating from there.

I can see all of the published folders and files in that way (see above)
when under the "open file/browse" command...BUT, when I select the particular
file named index.pub to open, publisher will only open the home page...not
the entire website.
