How do I upgrade from Office XP to Office 2003?

A couple of years back I got a copy of Office XP through my company's Home
User program. I got a new computer around Christmas time so I transferred the
Office XP over to it. Just recently our company has said they were upgrading
to Office 2003. So I ordered a copy of Office 2003 through our home user
program. In order to install it on my new computer that already has Office XP
on it, do I have to uninstall XP first or will it install right along with it?
