How do I use a template to make a document without changing the.

When I try to use a template form to make a new document (fill out the form )
I can not add text to the new form without changing the layout of the new
document in word 2003.

If you mean that the form data moves the fixed elements of the form by
virtue of the space it occupies, then put the form fields in table cells of
fixed size and they won't expand.
