To use the templates, you need to save them into your User or Work Group
templates folder. You can determine the location of that folder by
selecting Options from the Tools menu and then go to the File Locations tab.
The templates must be in the form of files with a .dot extension. If what
you downloaded is a zip file, then you will need to extract the template
from it.
