How do I use Topica to send an e-mail from Publisher?

I am trying to send an e-mail using Topica. The e-mail is in Publisher. Any
ideas how I do that?

You need to use Outlook or Outlook Express to do it within the program.

You could try saving the file as a .jpg and then inserting that into your
email program
