How do i validate office to use resume feature?

Felicia

I've gone to the site many times and it tells me that my office has been
validated but when I try to use the resume option, it says my office isn't
validated. If you have advice to help me solve this problem, it would be
very much appreciated.

When I try to select a resume format, a window pops up and says that my
office isn't a genuine microsoft office, so I click on "learn more about
genuine microsoft office validation." It brings me to a website
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/WhyValidate.aspx?displaylang=en
and I click "validate now" and it tells me that my office has been
validated. then when i go to use the resume feature, the same problem
happens again. I've tried clicking on other links on that site but i cannot
figure it out. Advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out. If you go to microsoft online, you have to go to templates
and download each of them individually.
