how do i view the second page in picture manager?

I have a file with two pages. I cant figure out how to view the second page
in microsoft picture manager. The picture second picture does exist as it can
be seen through microsoft picture and fax viewer. I need to edit this picture
but microsoft picture manager doesnt have a facility to arrive at the second
page of the file.

Picture Manager and Picture Editor are not the same, try Microsoft
Office Document Imaging for fax type editing or a 3rd party editor such
as Irfanview.
