How do I zip files for sending by email?

I've got 10 separate files I want to post to 1 recipient in 1 go. Do I use a
zipped file for this, and if so - how?

If you have WinZip, you can select all the files, right-click, and choose
Zip and Email <filename>.zip. If you don't have WinZip, you can download a
free trial copy from www.winzip.com.
