Open OutLook and use the Tools > Accounts menu
and make a written copy of all of the mail server settings
for your mail account.
When you get to your son's use his version of OutLook
to create another account using your account settings.
Most competent service providers also provide access to
customer e-mail via a website however. You should check
this out with your service provider as it is much easier to
access mail remotely this way.
