How do unlock document for editing?

I have clicked help like suggested, and nothing happened, no wizard and it
did not unlock my documents (all of them are locked and I cannot edit any
existing documents as well as cannot even enter information onto a new
document. Thank you for your help.

Clicking Help is not enough. You must click on "Activate Product..." on the
Help menu.
