How do you add a resource name to a To Do list report?

AM trying to create an Assignment sheet for the resources on my project. It
can't have the work column on it (I don't want the resources to know how many
hours there are allocated. They burn them all if they know they're there).
I've tried working with "who does what when", but can't seem to get the work
column removed from the details. I've been able to get them out to the "To
Do List" report by removing the work column from a copy of the entry table
and using that copy as the reporting table. However, I can't seem to figure
out how to make the Resource's name appear on the report.

Thanks

Hi Project_Info_Seeker ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You could write the recource's name into the Header accessed via Print
Preview/Page Setup.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hi Mike,

Thanks for responding. I should have been more specific about what I wanted
to do. I agree that I could "hard code" the name in the report header. Bu
that's going to be a real pain for 100 resources. What I'm trying to do is
add a column/field from a table to the report somehow. The header would be
perfect. However, when I look at the drop down on the header screen,
Resource Name is not there. "Resouce Names" is there, but that's no help.

Thanks again,
Doug
