I would suggest looking into one of the video and audio/ screen capture
programs. I (personally) like Camtasia. Others here like the built in Window
Media pieces instead. With these programs, you start the recording, start
your presentation, and run through the presentation and your other programs
as you would normally. When you are done, you stop the recording and edit
the video as needed.
