How do you keep a publication whole doing a mail merge so that ea.

I have a multiple page document, that I print on a printer that does the
folding and stapleing ... when I attempt a mail merge it takes and makes it
all one document instead of individual documents for the printer...
Any thoughts?

KATMA's registry fix will fix this:

Open registry using regedit.exe

Go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\<Publisher
Version>\Publisher\Printing

Create new "string value" called:
NumberOfRecordsPerBatch

Double click and set the value to 1
