How do you switch between offline and online in Outlook?

I checked and don't have any options "work offline" under File. I have
Office Outlook 2003, SP1. Any suggestions on where I could get this option
to load it?

Thank you

What items under File do you have? Do you have the double down arrow at the
bottom? Click that once.

I am expercing the same thing. I do not have the option "work offline"
under file. Outlook was
working fine in the past . . . one day after starting Outlook, I noticed
"Offline" at the lower right
corner and I was not able to get to go away. It should read "Connected".
So, how do I get
connected?

Click the word "Offline" that you are seeing in the status bar and uncheck
"Work Offline".

We'll need some configuration details then concerning your Outlook
environment.

State your details. We need Outlook version, account type, exactly what you
see, and exactly what you've tried so far to fix it.
