Have a laptop user who is running Outlook 2003 that keeps switching to
Offline; we can connect back to online with no issues but I am looking for a
solution to stop the Offline. He does have an OST, very large but he has had
that for awhile and this problem didnt start until last week. When Outlook
switches to Offline, he is still connected to the Network. I am able to
remote his computer. He has Windows XP w/ SP2 on his computer. I have checked
his timeout, which is set like everyone else in the company.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
