How does PM see his employee task

How does in PWA, the PM could see his employee's task?
For example : when the resource note a comment when he submitting task.
Could the PM see that notes? From where?

I gather from your address that you are using a discussions group, rather
than a newsgroup reader. I which case, the URL reference has the choice of
Microsoft Project on the left, which is further subdivided into three:
General Questions, Server and Developer. Select Server.
