How get FULL email address appear in Outlook 2000?

Im a rookie at Outlook. Have just started using it.
have Outlook 2000 and using an Exchange server at work.

Having said that....when I start a new email..... only
the name appears in the "to" field. I want the name as
well as FULL email address to appear. Can I do that?
