How I cant save a password for a PowerPoint huge file =263 MB ?

I made a presntation file with PowerPoint, the totla size of the file is 263
MB. I tryed to protect it with a password so no one can modify it , but it
just refused.

how can I protect my file from modificatin but still any one can view it ?

I don't know, whether it's a size issue, but in any case you should read

I'm using office 2003...........and I still have the problem

powerpoint wont accept saving all my presentation
if I divided the presentation into 2 files ...powerpoint saves the
password naturaly

Apparently your presentation is just too large. There are other problems that
can occur with huge files, so I recommend that you check the link that Ute
provided. Explore all of the suggestions for reducing your file size. You
should also consider splitting the file and then linking the two files
seamlessly using the tutorial at
